She previously worked for ClusterTruck as a field and marketing contractor with the goal to acquire new customers through local activations and boost brand awareness by increasing ClusterTruck’s digital footprint. Kaiser was attracted to ClusterTruck’s culture and startup mentality, and aspires to grow the company exponentially in current markets and expand into new states. Kaiser is a graduate of Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management with a degree in Business concentrated in Marketing.Īs Vice President of Growth, Kaiser will manage ClusterTruck’s sales and field marketing teams, driving top line revenue by implementing field marketing strategies and plans, supervising new kitchen launches, and analyzing ClusterTruck’s sales growth.

She was also involved with organizing the production of TV commercial campaigns and photoshoots with photographers and food stylists along with coordinating events. Primary duties included overseeing the print and uniform vendor, leading new product tests and executing new product and menu launches nationwide.
Prior to joining ClusterTruck, Kaiser built and managed a team of 12 to execute local store marketing in more than 2,800 stores. Kaiser will play a key role in expansions planned early next year in both Indianapolis and Columbus. Kaiser brings over a decade or previous experience at a national fast casual restaurant chain to the role.ĬlusterTruck has seen rapid growth over the past year, with the addition of new kitchens in Castleton, Broad Ripple and Fishers in Indiana, as well as a location in Dublin, Ohio.
